    My son wanted an ice cream cake for his birthday. My wife ordered it and when the day came to pick it up I was the unlucky one to do so. The cake was ready but... It took almost 30 minutes to pay for it because no one knew what to charge for it. The girl behind the counter tried calling the manager several times to no avail. She finally just charged me $32 bucks which I'm pretty sure was to much but I was so over being there I did not have it in me to question the price. Why was there not a manager working? Ahywho I'll pass on frozen doughnuts and don't drink coffee so I have no reason to ever go back.

    I've been here a number of times, mostly for ice cream. All the food is very good. However, anytime there is a line for ice cream things get crazy. At every other Baskin Robbins I've ever been to people walk through the door, line up, and then someone takes the order and prepares the order. Typically your Ice cream is ready in your hands when you get to the register. Here people have a tendency to go to the register and order and pay before receiving their ice cream. This results in people blocking the register and the line. Today things were even worse. Only one register was open for both donuts and ice cream. So things became very hectic with people lining up for 1 register from 2 different directions. They need to implement a system for checkout and stick to it. Once this change is made this Dunkin/BaskinRobbins would deserve a 5 star rating.

    First of all. Slowest drive thru in middle Tennessee. Plus we didn't get what we wanted because they said they have run out of this "special ingredient" for my drink and we had to leave. Worst service I've ever experienced.

    I frequent Dunkin for the coffee, and the breakfast wraps. Out of all the locations I have visited in the last year, this one is by far serving the best food. I hope they maintain this level of service into the future.

    We recently went in to the Dunkin Donuts in Spring Hill and found the place really clean and new. It just opened within the past couple of weeks. There were lots of coffee choices, iced cream, and donuts. We bought donuts and iced cream for our children and they loved it. We will be going back again and again if the service stays good. This is a great option for all of the locals since there are few options out this way. Go by and have some great donuts and coffee.

    This is the worst Dunkin donuts on the planet, and the sad part is that I will keep going back because it's not the food or coffee that is bad but the people. I was excited to learn that they got new owners a few months back because I thought things would change but no such luck. The employees act like they could care less weather they have a job or not and that is pretty sad. If I came in as a new owner I would fire all of them and start over with some excitement and enthusiasm to serve! That is the line of work they are in!!

    My Wife and I were excited when we saw a Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins combo place coming to Spring Hill. However our experiences there have been almost always bad. The staff there always acts like they have no idea what's going on. Our orders are almost always wrong and going there is just a frustration. We have ordered large dessert items only to receive the small sizes instead only to then have the staff insist that it is large. We have ordered other dessert items where almost zero toppings were added even though we paid for them. We have received the wrong donuts and more. You name it, it has happened. Just going through the drive-thru itself has been a nightmare at times. We have pulled up and no one answered the speaker. We have pulled up and it has taken 20 minutes just for two cars to go through. And we have also pulled up where the lady working the drive-thru would not even take any orders at the speaker until the car at the window was gone. Just horrible. Overall, I think they mainly need better staff training. If not, the new Dairy Queen that just opened next door will put them out of business quick. PROS -Decent donuts -Good desserts when your order is correct -Decent fast food coffee -OK prices CONS -Constantly get orders wrong -Drive-thru nightmares -Badly trained staff TIPS -There is a Dairy Queen right next door. ;)

    Completely incompetent, got order wrong initially then again twice, I had to tell them to repeat back and it was still wrong, get home and 2 items are completely wrong. I don't know why I keep trying to give them business. Need not only to check bag but to look inside wrappers before leaving. I've worked plenty of fast food, it's not that hard to get things right.
